Our intellectual health dimension of our wellness shows up in our ability to critically think, and develop new ideas, views and opinions. Being intellectually healthy means you keep an open mind to new ideas, people, and beliefs that are different from your own, challenge yourself to see from different perspectives, and critically think to form your own ideas, views, and opinions.
