We partner with schools, after-school programs and youth organizations to provide a fun, active, and educational fitness and wellness program that meet their needs. Our goal is cater to their needs and optimize the resources available to ensure a comprehensive high-quality program.
We educate youth on wide-range of fitness and wellness topics, which are categorized under three broad themes: Fitness, Nutrition and Play. In our 8-week program, we designate a “theme of the week” for each week. We blend games, skill trainings and mini-lessons to ensure that kids have fun while moving and learning.
